This is the best beef protein in the market. I have been using it for 2 years already and I had used others I can't mention here before. The results, the taste (addictive in good sense!), the price for the money.I have also bought orange flavor on one occasion, which I blend with mango and papaya, but not the same.I drink it 2h before working out, so I can digest it, and then I give everything. I usually add milk 2%, coffee, and organic whole grain cereal. Progress has been spectacular. Top quality.My only concern is that is becoming increasingly difficult to get. Why?? Last time didn't arrive, but they gave me a full refund. Hard-to-communicate for questions. However, I reordered and it arrived in 24h! Surprised!I hope I can keep counting on this product for many years. It is essential on my diet and daily working out routines.This protein tastes great. Digests well and does not mess with my stomach. When I get to the gym, I add water and shake it up so it can settle for about an hour while I get my workout. When I am done, this drinks easily, it is not heavy on my stomach, cleans out easily, and I am not starving for something to eat in 2 hours.I'm going to stick with the The protein content is adequate but it doesnt mix that well, it either foams up to all hell or if you stir slow it leave chunks, and its sweetness is one of the worst ones out there, it's so sweet that it's barely edible if you mix more than a scoop in your shaker...best tasting protein supplement ive ever had. I get tired of the traditional chocolate and vanilla proteins so this was a welcome change. I actually look forward to drinking my protein now. plus it goes better with meals than vanilla and chocolate shakes do.I tried other beef proteins that taste like a barn yard. This one does not.
