Wow! This chair is absolutely amazing. Recently, I have started to notice that I am not getting massages regularly as I am going to the gym. About once a month I get a proper massage and costs around $100. Plus, time going to get a massage and the entire process. After Christmas 2014 I have purchased this chair.I have done extensive research into the Zero Gravity massage chairs and damn I think this one nails it. Currently, I am writing the review while massaging on shiatsu zero gravity 2. Yes, there are different massage combinations. Relaxation, Upper Back, Lower Back, Activate (Energizing), shiatsu.Chair does also have vibrating massage while having heat and on top of that with the several modes!! Words cannot explain. It massaged your entire feet, calves, hands, forearm, and shoulders. The chair encompasses your body like a cocoon it is wonderful.It can do THREE modes of ZERO GRAVITY!!! Woah, dang there are chairs out there that only do 1 mode for thousands more.Leather is high quality and gives off a wonderful fresh leather/car smell when it comes through.The shipping was good except shipping company did not let me know it was here a couple of days prior. That is my fault as I had my office contact on there. Chair is around 200 lbs and did not fit through my condo front door. The delivery driver was cool. DO NOT PLAN ON GETTING THIS UP ANY STAIRS. Chair is probably heavier than your couch. Since it did not fit through the door I just whipped out my scissors and unpieced it. The company did well with protective layers and "box within a box" with tons of heavy duty Styrofoam. I am not a fan of popcorn LUCKILY chair did not. Going back to luxury this chair was well shipped. Definitely worth the waitThis massage chair is great for professionals to take care of their bodies as it definitely relieves tension and TOXINS from your back and lungs.My lifestyle is that I am a young professional and am busy throughout the day. It saves me a lot of time and feel great. I have also changed my diet with which this chair helps with. I can feel my toxins out and ENERGY levels BOOSTED!My family had come over to my condo and my sister had tried Relaxation her quotes was "I feel like I am in Heaven"-This item is luxury and novelty so, I wanted family to definitely know the true benefits of this chair. For the holidays I almost bought it for the parents but, they would not use it due to luxury.Assembly is pretty easy and the communication with the company is great.-You will need a screw driver philips or flat head to screw in shoulder pad (amazing!!)I mainly bought this for my back as I did not know what to expect with a kick ass massage chair I figured back would be it. This chair does your entire body. Only part of your body it does not do is your thighs or else it would really great too amazing. I can tell that my sex life and sleep quality have increased.Warranty is pretty solid.TV watching you should have your TV wall mounted at least 4-5 feet off the ground as in any Zero Gravity it is great. IOverall, the best buy of 2015 for me I cannot think of much to top this treat I bought myself. It is definitely an awesome piece of furniture too.
