Item picture, description and part number is for a factory Sub Zero component but item shipped is a cheaper Robertshaw component. Item does not match picture but did fit without modifications. Would have given good review if actual item described had been shipped. It appears that this has happened numerous times based on other reviews. Wish Amazon could do something to prevent this. Ended up having to use it because Of time constraints. My 3211rfd quit making ice and the ice maker line froze constantly. I found the service manual and ordered the part. I called my local tech to install. Problem solved. This appears to be identical to the original part.Works. Had to retrofit because the orientation of the bracket is different than my original 550 subzero models valve. Wish they lasted longer than they did too. A few years at best seems about it.I had issues with my ice maker and bought a new ice maker and the valve that controls the water to the ice maker on Amazon. I replaced the ice maker and all was good. But 7 months later, issues started again. In trying to install the valve, i found the electrical connection facing the wrong way and the connector from the valve to the icemaker does NOT MATCH THE PHOTO on Amazon. And, ! apparently I did not buy from Amazon and neither Amazon nor the "Seller" will not allow return. (even though they still sell the item with the incorrect connections) A costly mistake.BEware!!!!!Ended up being plastic not pvcokThe photo shows a threaded outlet. What I got was an unthreaded o-ring type push in fitting that won't work with my unit as mine has copper tubing not plastic.Pure bait and switch - substituted cheap Robertshaw valve selling for $20 versus the correct Sub-Zero Valve advertised paid as $88 - Box and documents shown and photo of product are not as advertised - Beware ofthis vendor.....
