With absolutely no hyperbole, I think this is the best pair of shoes I've ever bought. I originally purchased these for vacation/beach wear, but I their real value became apparent to me when I started to wear them for athletic use. They are lightweight, well-ventilated, secure, anatomically neutral, and comfortable. All of these features make them equally adept for lifting and running. The only damage on them thus far is a small tear on the right pinkie toe from when I went trail running, and that can easily be mended with a bit of Gear-Aid tape if the hole widens. I genuinely can't recommend these enough.Great shoe. Exactly what I needed. Only drawback is the tread's grip isn't great. Easy to slip when creek hiking.Wore these on a white water rafting trip. Purchased a little large. Worked well. I would recommend this product. I own 6 pairs of various xero shoes products. Both shoes and sandals. And am happy with all of them. The moment I put these on, I just smiled. These shoes are so comfortable I wish all my shoes felt this way. Great product. Great feel. Seems like they will last a very long time.I have so far gone on a handful of day hikes in these shoes In muddy conditions. So far the shoes have held up well and have been more protective than I imagined they would be. I have narrow feet and these shoes fit perfectly with a little extra room in the toe box for my toes to splay out. These shoes dry fast and are comfortable without socks. These shoes don’t offer support, and you can feel the ground through the shoe very well, which is a plus for me, but don’t buy these if you are expecting cushion. With or without socks, these shoes are amazing! With just enough sole to keep the rocks from hurting but so lightweight, easily packable and cool for summer weather. Would def buy other Xero shoes. Wish there was more neutrally colored choices (beige, grey, tan). Great product.Product fit was true to size, and seemed to be good quality upon initial inspection. I went for two run’s on pavement, no technical terrain/rough ground, for approximately 2 miles each run. At that point the toe guard on the left shoe began to separate from the mesh near my great toe. Not truly a problem now, but will continue to get worse over time, and I’d planned to use these shoes for mud runs.I contacted the manufacturer website to see if they would offer any solution to this issue/had any advise on how to prevent this from getting worse. After 2 weeks I still didn’t get a response, so I opted to return via Amazon return policy.Your mileage my vary, but I’d question how durable these shoes are/how long they’ll last if they started having issues within the first two run’s I went on.Fit great, but after a few hours I started bleeding through the top. The mesh material on top of the toe was like sand paper. I have a pretty standard fit, and this wasn't a fitment issue. Brutal.
